EdLuxio Terms & Conditions for Teachers

1. Relationship; No Employment; No Agency

• You provide services as an independent contractor.
• You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Innovadrift.
• You are responsible for your taxes, registrations, and compliance in your jurisdiction.

2. Instructor Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract.
• You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• Additional safeguards apply for lessons involving minors.

3. Providing Lessons

• You control your teaching methods and availability.
• You must deliver lessons professionally and safely.
• Off-platform solicitation and payment diversion are prohibited.

4. Safeguarding and Minor Learners

• You must follow all safeguarding instructions issued by the Platform.
• For learners under 18, lessons must not proceed without required guardian supervision rules.
• Any safeguarding concern must be reported immediately to support@edluxio.com.

5. Fees, Commission, and Payouts

• Platform commission and payout timing are defined by current platform policy.
• Trial sessions may be unpaid, as disclosed in onboarding materials.
• You are responsible for tax declarations in your jurisdiction.

6. Suspension and Termination

Innovadrift may suspend or terminate instructor access for violations of these terms, fraud, safety concerns, legal non-compliance, or repeated learner complaints.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
