EdLuxio Terms & Conditions for Students

1. Parties and Product Identity

EdLuxio is a brand/product name and not a separate legal entity. Services are provided by Innovadrift.

2. Account Creation and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Under 18 requires consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
• You are responsible for account security and accurate information.

3. Purchasing Lessons and Packages

• Test lessons may be offered for discovery and teacher matching.
• Packages are prepaid and consumed based on Platform rules.
• Payments are processed securely through payment partners.

4. Booking and Attendance

You can book according to teacher availability and are expected to attend sessions on time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before session: full credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit lesson credit.
• If teacher cancels, you receive full credit.

6. User Conduct

You must use the Platform respectfully and legally, and avoid harassment, abuse, or fraud.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
