These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EdLuxio (the "Platform"), including any website, mobile app, messaging/communication tools, scheduling tools, payment checkout, and integrated virtual classroom features (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Innovadrift.

By creating an account, purchasing lessons, booking sessions, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Terms for Students

  • You must be at least 13 years old. Under 18 requires guardian consent.
  • Lesson packages are prepaid and subject to cancellation policy.
  • Attend scheduled lessons on time and treat teachers respectfully.
  • Use the platform for educational purposes and keep credentials private.

Terms for Teachers

  • Teachers operate as independent contractors.
  • Provide accurate credentials and maintain professional conduct.
  • Honor bookings and deliver quality educational services.
  • Platform commission applies to lesson bookings.

General Terms

  • Platform content is protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Disputes are governed by UAE law unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • We may update these Terms and continued use means acceptance.
